Mariam A. JantzSell
Start It Law's founding partner, Mariam Amin JantzSell, specializes in company formation, fundraising, drafting contracts, negotiation, and provides advice on technology-related and intellectual property legal issues faced by startups today.
Prior to working as a Startup Attorney for Tech Law Garden and 500 Startups, Mariam worked at Sequoia Capital, where she assisted and analyzed growth stage opportunities between $10 million and $50 million. Mariam holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from GGU Law School.
